Yet many public administrations, SMEs, and community actors lack the capacity to design and measure effective community initiatives. The SICoM project fills this gap by equipping professionals with the tools and skills to engage diverse stakeholders, co-create impactful projects, and assess their community-level outcomes, ensuring more inclusive, resilient, and sustainable local economies.
