SOUS CHEF: JESMOND
The Sous Chef of our 4 Red Star hotel and 2-Rosette restaurant Fern Dining Room & Bar is required to assist the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen, and in their absence. You will ensure all products entering and leaving the kitchens are to the set Jesmond Dene House standards and demonstrate a strong customer service ethos with the ability to deliver consistently high levels of service.
