The Design Operations Team at Strava is charged with the smooth running of the Design organization. We handle the work around the workprocess, tooling, workflows, contracts, budgets and resourcing, and all of the other overhead that is required for Design to succeed. We are curious and visionary when it comes to our craft. We are looking for a Senior Design Program Manager to elevate the successful execution of Stravas Design programs. This position will have a broad reach and will require strong communication skills and experience to deftly engage with our partners across the product, brand, and research disciplines.
