Cadet Vocational College is recruiting for a Teaching and Learning Manager whose key purpose is to deliver and assess the BTEC Level 2 TPD qualification to a consistent standard of excellence that exceeds the requirements of external stakeholders. You will focus on delivery within a designated area, as well as participating in national delivery sessions. You will be able to deliver in an engaging manner that supports the learner from registration through to certification, promoting good attendance and a successful outcome. You will be responsible for ensuring that each learner receives an excellent standard of support and guidance commensurate with their needs.
