Technical Support Engineer/Voice Engineer required to support busy office based in New York. This is a 6 month fix-term contract that will require you in the office four days a week which is flexible after initial engagement. Key RequirementsOperate as an extension of the clients voice team. Provide a key interface between the client, vendors and internally. Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the BAU services (incidents, maintenance and enhancements) Delivery of committed proactive maintenance services Planning, preparation and documentation of maintenance tasks in accordance with the clients processes and policies.
