Unless a specific need arises the firm usually recruits A-Level school leavers and Graduates. Typical qualifications for A-Level applicants would be three A-Level passes at grade A-C, plus GCSE grade B and above in Maths, English and Science. Graduate applications would have at least a 2.1 ideally in accountancy or a science based subject.
