This exciting opportunity includes an array of tasks in which no day will be the same. The Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Executive shall be handling calls from customers and deliver an exceptional level of customer service that continually exceeds their expectations. The customer service executive shall be providing expert advice and accurate information to customers including pre and post travel bookings, amendments and cancellations whist checking travel documentation.
