As a Watersports Instructor at Derwent Water Marina, you will work as part of a team to deliver all water sports activities including National Governing Body (NGB) courses to customers. Responsibilities may include maintaining and carrying out repairs on watercraft, providing safety boat cover when required, launching and recovering craft. The position offers opportunities for professional development and upskilling in relevant qualifications. All instructors will be expected to be proficient in RYA disciplines and desirable in Paddle UK disciplines.
