CARER SUPPORT WORKER MENTAL HEALTH – KIRKLEES: Cloverleaf Advocacy
You will be providing 1 to 1 emotional support for unpaid carers in Kirklees we support people caring for people with mental health needs, people caring for those with drug /alcohol dependency, and those caring for people with dementia. You will also be providing a carer break service by spending time with the person being cared for. You will empower carers and those they care for to manage their wellbeing, to create action plans, and to engage with their community.
