Our Duty Managers, assist and welcome all visitors to the Museum, ensuring delivery of a memorable, efficient and safe visitor experience, by upholding standards throughout the public areas of the museum; including taking responsibility for incident control, fire evacuations, and health and safety; working closely with colleagues across all operational departments, to ensure that the experience of our visitors is uniformly excellent.
