The Finance Manager – M&A Integration is responsible for leading the integration of a recently acquired SaaS company into Xeros finance operations. Youll have a diverse skill set and support the Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax and Payroll teams in ensuring the acquired companys financial performance and operations are successfully integrated into Xeros wider finance team. You will have strong project management skills, and will be exceptional at managing multiple stakeholders. Leveraging your excellent communication skills, youll enjoy working as part of a team and collaboratively across multiple business areas.
