World Monuments Fund (WMF) is seeking a proven Human Resources professional for the role of Human Resources Manager. Reporting to the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, the Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of managing our global workforce includingrecruiting, managing and implementing employee benefits where appropriate, overseeing contracts for our global staff, developing and maintaining internal staff related documentation, and providing strategic consultation on a wide range of staffing matters. The position is responsible for building upon and growing the WMF approach to creating an equitable culture that reflects the diversity and inclusivity of our organization.
