The IT and Operations Manager at HelpAge International will play a critical leadership role in strengthening operational excellence and ensuring that robust, secure, and effective IT systems support the organisations mission. Working closely with colleagues across the Business Support Department and global teams, the postholder will provide strategic oversight of operational services, digital tools, and technology infrastructure that enable the delivery of HelpAges Strategy 2030.
