IT SERVICE DESK TECHNICIAN: Vizion Network Limited
The IT department are looking for a Service Desk Technician for the Hull office. This role is suited to someone who is technically minded, reliable, and enjoys supporting people with their IT related questions. The ideal candidate will have an interest in different aspects of IT and will be required to assist users with Windows 10/11, M365 apps, Nucleus queries, issues with printers, monitors, laptops, desktops, docking stations, mobile and telephone technology and the internet, movement of IT equipment, creation of knowledge base articles for team members and users.
