LIAISON MENTAL HEALTH NURSE *INTERNAL VACANCY*: Embrace Yorkshire & Humber Infant & Childrens Transport Service
We are looking for a dedicated Mental Health Nurse to join our STAR Team. You will work alongside a Band 6 clinician to triage and assess young people in crisis presenting to the emergency department. You’ll contribute to assessments, care planning, and evaluations, providing effective interventions for both young people and their families.
