Gleeson have an exciting new opportunity for a Major Projects Director. This role is flexible within the North Division. The role is comprehensive management of project scopes, timelines, and budgets, ensuring each facet adheres to the agreed-upon parameters. Coordinate the timely delivery of large-scale housing infrastructure projects and land parcelling/sales, collaborating with all internal departments and external stakeholders. A major responsibility on the quality sale and delivery to all stakeholders and engaging closely with all throughout the process, including external stakeholders such as; developers, care homes, medical centres etc; partners; as well as delivery to our internal regions.

Salary Guide: £25,000 – £55,000
