We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to join Glendales Commercial Division. This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing core operational activities while supporting the Head of Operations (HoO) in driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence. As a newly created role, the Operations Manager will deputise for the HoO when required and will play a pivotal role in the senior leadership team, ensuring operations are executed to the highest standards of quality and safety. The focus of this position is to foster a performance-driven culture while supporting the companys ability to grow at pace.
