PASTORAL SUPPORT STAFF MEMBER: Premier Teachers Ltd
A Pastoral Support Staff member is needed asap for a Pupil Referral Unit in the Northumberland area for pupils of age 6-14. This is a long term role to start asap. The successful candidate will have strong behaviour management and de-escalation. The school was rated Good in its last Ofsted. Suitable candidates will preferably have experience of working with students who have SEMH/behavioural issues and or other SEND needs (e.g. ADHD, Autism, ADD). You will need to be proactive in your approach to working with students from challenging backgrounds and be encouraging, energetic, engaging and supportive.
