The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Division of Landell Mills provides technical support to a wide range of clients, including some of the worlds largest donors and aid agencies. Our current portfolio of MEL contracts includes monitoring of the European Unions programmes in Asia and the Pacific, Latin America and the Caribbean; evaluation of UNICEFs Country Programme in Malaysia; and evaluation of WFPs Country Strategic Plan for Mali. We are also providing monitoring services for the Asian Development Banks humanitarian support in Afghanistan.
