PROPERTY STRATEGY OFFICER: South Northamptonshire Council
As a key member of the Property Strategy and Estates team, you will provide professional property and strategic estate management advice to internal stakeholders while supporting the Property Strategy Manager in delivering a wide range of projects and initiatives. You will play an important role in managing and delivering a diverse programme of work across the Councils operational and investment property portfolio, which comprises more than 1,000 assets, often working to challenging deadlines and competing priorities.
