QUALITY ASSURANCE DIRECTOR: Massive (UK) Ltd
RTC is seeking a Quality Assurance Director to lead our organization worldwide in applying quality management/assurance practices that eliminate errors, improve processes, reduce total costs, and improve customer satisfaction. This individual will develop, implement, and sustain the systems and procedures necessary to assure the delivery of products and services that meet the highest quality standards while providing expert guidance to the senior management staff and maintaining positive communications with RTCs customers and associates.
