To oversee all legal recruitment for employed positions at Taylor Rose, reporting to the Head of Legal Recruitment. Working collaboratively with the Head of Legal Recruitment, to source, interview and recruit for all legal positions within the business from entry to senior level. To work within a recruitment Service Level Expectations framework and effectively assist the Head of Legal Recruitment in the management of internal and external recruitment process that complements the on boarding and induction process for candidates to develop, nurture and retain legal talent within Taylor Rose, in a cost-effective way.
