The British Gypsum manufacturing facility in East Leake is the biggest of its kind in the UK and one of the biggest in the world. As the site Senior Process Engineer, you will be given the training, the tools, and the backing to drive our continuous improvement projects through our World Class Manufacturing programme to ensure our products remain the first choice for our customers. Ranging in size and scope from simple yield improvements to projects that lead to a step change in our capability and require significant CapEx investment, you will work with the workshop Process Engineers and external support functions to deliver projects on time in full.
