SENIOR REGISTERED NURSE (IN-HOUSE): Chestnut Tree House
We are looking for individual who can confidently shift lead and role model to junior staff, supporting the ongoing professional development of nurses, health care assistants and nursing associates. The post holder will be able to enjoy delivering high quality clinical and personal care alongside joining in activities, with high staff/children ratios allowing for you to make a real difference and make memories. You will be part of a multi disciplinary team including nurses, nursing associates, HCAs, activities coordinators and a child and family support team. You will work as part of a 24/7 rota with the choice to work short and long shifts.
