As a Victim Care Officer, you will provide a vital, customer-centred and professional service, delivering high-quality, tailored support to victims. You will identify individual needs and develop bespoke cope and recovery plans, offering emotional support, advice, guidance and practical interventions to help victims rebuild their lives. Through comprehensive needs assessments and risk evaluations, you will play a key role in supporting victims to cope and recover from the impact of crime while ensuring their safety and wellbeing remain a priority.
