We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to help the team at Okehampton Library deliver an excellent, friendly, proactive and responsive service to our customers, ensuring the best possible customer experience for all of those using the library. This is an exciting opportunity to help create a welcoming environment which offers a compelling experience for new library customers, whilst also sustaining use by existing customers.
