DESIGNATE OPERATIONS MANAGER – GREATER LONDON (WEST): Punch Pub Co
We love pubs and our Management Partners (MPs) are at the heart of delivering epic consumer experiences. Operations Manager Designates (OMDs) are at the forefront of developing awesome pubs for the community, inspiring our MPs to unlock our shared vision. OMDs think big, innovatively, and commercially inspire our MPs. by generating sustainable sales and profitability, as well as converting those sales to profit through excellent pub controls and disciplines. The OMD is a supporting role for the Operations Managers and Head of Operations, developing their own skill and knowledge set whilst leading the operations for a small number of pubs.
